With the architectural framework established, we curate the tactile elements that bring depth and emotion to the design — flooring, stone, millwork, lighting, and fixtures. 

We believe in sourcing materials that will age gracefully, feel authentic to the architecture, and reflect your rhythm of living. 

This is where the project becomes more personal and begins to sound, feel, and breathe like you.

During construction, we remain as actively involved as needed, reviewing progress on-site to ensure every decision reflects the original intent.
